Visit Part 1 for the sample itinerary, more tips and recommendation for Osaka Kyoto trip.
Here's the continuation of my trip in Osaka and Kyoto! Both these places actually rarely snow even in the middle of winter, so on the 3rd day, I decided to bring my family out of the city to search for snow scenery!

A date out (Outing Photoshoot)
This shooting was done a long time ago with our very talented photographer Melvin Khor. Pretty much a candid style photoshoot done in Ikea and surrounding area, I had a lot of fun working with him in this shoot!

Overripe banana? Fret not! Baking banana bread is a perfect way to use up overripe banana at home. I mean, who wouldn't enjoy a toasty slice of banana bread serve with vanilla ice-cream or hot tea?

Oceana Seafood and Dim Sum Restaurant @ Nova Saujana (Pork Free Lard Free) Review

Dim Sum is quickly becoming a popular brunch option for Malaysians. These small bite portion of food, usually served in steamer basket or fried are usually served with strong Chinese tea, and it is perfect for a slow morning gathering with the family.
As more people get to know dim sum, the pork and lard free or Halal version

Gold Chilli @ SS15 Review (Halal)
If you Google 'good food SS15', chances are you came across this restaurant at one point. In fact, it is so rave upon that if you search specifically for it, you'll see 'best butter milk chicken' plastered all over it. The good news is, it's Halal so you can bring your Muslim friends here. But is it really that good? I decided to give it a try when I went to Subang SS15 a while ago.

Hokkaido in April #1 - Things to do in Spring
When people talk about Hokkaido, 1st thing that will come to mind is the world renown powder snow and their long winter. I however, happened to visit Hokkaido in its low season. Spring (April to June) attracts far less foreign tourists compared to Kyoto and Tokyo around the same time.

Amphawa Floating Market Day Trip #3
Lets continue our journey to Amphawa Floating Market! In our last post, we boarded the local Songtel (mini truck with 2 row of seats) and we are heading straight to the market!
The journey was short and pleasant, and finally we arrived at our destination. 1st thing that comes to my mind when I arrive is 'wow, this place feels like home!'. The area of the market resembles the kampung (villages) back home, and the stalls by the water reminded me of the market by the river in Brunei where I grew up in.

Mahachai Seafood Market - Amphawa Floating Market Day Trip #1
Back to my Bangkok posts!
Before going to Bangkok, we did some research on place of interests and also accommodation and finally after long planning, we decided to stay in Lub D hostel (both of them!). You can read it here! Other than the good facilities and tourist friendly environment, they even have a travel agency counter at the hostel. This agency, Visit Beyond is perfect for backpackers as they are not the conventional companies that make you buy expensive tours and have to join many people in a trip. They do cater for smaller group, or even for just 2 person! The trips are usually lead by local Thai tour guide, and it'll be a lot of walking and using public transport for you to experience life of the locals.

Fifa 2014 World Cup Fever: Astro On-The-Go & Stadium Astro
Goooooal!
Once again it's the FIFA World Cup season! Although I'm not a big fan of football, I can really feel the football fever heating up around me and I can't help but join in the fun watching some of the games too! BUT since the football live matches will be in the middle of the night due to the time differences, many of us are unable to watch it and will find it difficult to find a way to rewatch the match. But fret not, Astro is here to save the day!
I'm very lucky to be invited by Nuffnang to the Astro On-The-Go & Stadium Astro's World Cup Blogger Event. The event was held at Hong Dae Mun @ One City Mall, a Korean style restaurant and club. I will be introducing the applications that we get to try out at the event here!

Sensenique Natural Handmade Soap Review
Taking a break from the vacation post, here I'm going to review about some locally made handmade soaps!
Speaking of soap, most people turn towards liquid soap just because bar soaps are considered bulky and probably, old fashioned? Compared to most liquid soaps that give you luxurious lather that's it. However, as people are getting more aware of how harmful most of the chemical laden
